How to request data deletion

You have the right to request that we delete all personal data we hold about you. To make a deletion request, send an email to:

What happens after you request deletion

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Acknowledge your request within 5 business days
• Delete all personal data we hold about you within 30 days
• Send you confirmation once deletion is complete

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal or compliance reasons (such as financial records). Where this applies, we will let you know what data is retained and why.

What data gets deleted

A full deletion request will result in the removal of:

• Your account details (name, email, business information)
• Any audit reports or marketing analysis we have produced for you
• Connected platform tokens (such as Facebook access tokens stored for ad account access)
• Any contact records held in our CRM
• Any other personal data associated with your account or enquiry

Data held by Meta / Facebook

If you connected your Facebook account to our marketing suite, we stored read-only access tokens to retrieve your ad account data. Deleting your data with us removes those tokens from our systems.

However, we cannot delete data held directly by Meta Platforms. That includes your Facebook profile, ad account history, and any data Meta holds about you independently of our service.

To manage your data with Meta directly, visit:

• Meta Privacy Policy - for information on how Meta handles your data

We recommend revoking our app's access via Facebook settings in addition to requesting deletion from us.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your deletion request, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
